What are the current humanitarian needs for Ukraine? How are CSOs and donors addressing the needs of conflict-affected people? These were also the topics of the Ambrela Development Forum 2022 conference in Bratislava, which was implemented by the Ambrela platform at the end of May. Our project manager Adriana Mahdalová took part in this event. Discussion panels were live-streamed via Facebook.

The Slovak Ambrela Platform responded to the humanitarian crisis due to the war in Ukraine with a two-day international conference Ambrela Development Forum. Over one hundred and forty international development experts from more than twenty countries were discussed in five panels and three workshops. They analysed together the consequences of this crisis affecting a whole region and sought solutions and recommendations for the entire humanitarian and development sector.
